Everyone who places an online order with me receives a hand-made thank you card in the mail. If you haven’t received a card from me when you placed your order, it’s because I don’t know it’s YOUR order. There is a switch in your account that indicates whether Stampin’ Up! or your demonstrator (me) can contact you. If this switch is set to “No”, nobody can EVER thank you for your order! You can find the switch in your account profile, but it’s much easier to call Stampin’ Up! Customer Support at 1-800-STAMP-UP (1-800-782-6787) and ask them to change the switch for you.
